Pay for Performance Pricing

Are you a recruiter or staffing agency with more than 50 jobs to fill? Are you tired of paying per job posting regardless of how many qualified candidates are driven to your jobs? New Travel Jobs offers you performance based pricing. We allow you to post all of your jobs to our network and then we simply charge you $7.00 per qualified applicant. We only charge you for the first 10 qualified applicants per job in a calendar month. If you receive 15 applicants to any one job in a month, we only charge you for the first 10. We also only charge you for the first application from each candidate. If a person applies for 4 of your jobs, you are only charged 1 time. In most cases, this lowers your company's price per applicant from $7.00 down to about $5.00.

Resume Database Access

When you join New Travel Jobs and post jobs, you can also search our resume database. As a company, you can search these job seeker profiles free of charge. When you find a candidate that meets any of your jobs' requirements, you can contact the candidate for $1.00.
